Return Policy

At Oxygen Livestock, we stand behind the quality and integrity of our supplements. Due to strict biosecurity protocols and the nature of livestock nutritional products, we do not accept returns for "change of mind" or for any reason other than shipping damage, order errors, or product shortages.

Our policy ensures that every customer receives product that has never left our controlled environment, maintaining the highest safety standards for your animals.

Eligibility for Claims

To be eligible for a resolution, you must notify us of any issue within 3 business days of the delivery date. While the full resolution process may take up to 30 days, the initial report is time-sensitive.

Requests must fall under one of the following categories:

  1. Shipping Damage: The product arrived in a compromised state.

  2. Order Error: You received a product different from what was ordered.

  3. Shortage: An item from your order was missing from the shipment.

In all valid cases, supplements must remain unopened, with all tamper-evident seals intact, and in the original bucket, bag, or container. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Request for permission to return merchandise or report a claim must be made through an Oxygen Livestock customer care representative at oxygenlivestock@yahoo.com.

Reporting Damages, Errors, or Shortages

We take great pride in our picking and packing process. Because these products are vital to your animals' nutritional programs, please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival.

Notification Requirement:

  • You must notify us within 3 business days of delivery regarding any discrepancies or damage. Claims initiated after this 3-day window will not be accepted.

For damaged buckets, bags, or containers:

  • Please keep all products in the original shipping box with original packing materials to allow us to file a claim with the carrier.

  • Failure to keep original packaging will result in a delay or denial of the carrier’s investigation.

  • Replacement products will not be issued until the carrier completes their investigation.

  • Emailing pictures of the damage (including lot numbers and shipping labels) to us at oxygenlivestock@yahoo.com is required to expedite the claim.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and ineligible for replacement under any circumstances:

  • Opened Products: Any supplement with a broken or tampered seal cannot be returned or replaced due to safety and quality control.

  • Perishable goods: Any feed or supplements with expired "Best By" dates.

  • Custom products: Special orders, custom-mixed formulas, or personalized supplement blends.

  • Safety Hazards: Hazardous materials or flammable liquids.

  • Sale items and Gift Cards.

Replacements & Finality of Sale

All sales are final. Oxygen Livestock does not offer monetary refunds to the original payment method. Our resolution process is strictly for replacements and exchanges of the affected items. If your claim for damage, error, or shortage is verified and approved, we will ship the correct replacement product to you at no additional cost.

If a replacement for your specific item is unavailable, we will work with you to provide an exchange for a product of equal value.
